摘要
为了验证对接机构在空间环境下的运动性能是否能满足设计要求,在研制过程中必须进行对接机构热真空环境下的对接与分离试验,试验方案的正确与否直接影响到航天器对接与分离的成败。针对对接机构在轨对接的工作过程,提出了利用飞轮模拟对接等效质量的试验方案,并根据提出的方案研制了对接机构热真空对接试验台,完成了对接机构热真空对接与分离试验。由试验结果可知,飞轮模拟等效质量的技术方案有效可行,可保证对接机构热真空对接与分离试验圆满完成。
During the development of the docking mechanism,to verify whether the motion performance in space environment can meet the design requirements,thermal vacuum tests must be conducted. The validity of the test program directly affects the success of the spacecraft docking. On the basis of the in- orbit docking process,a test method was proposed,including the equivalent inertia simulation technology,six DOF motion technology,etc. According to the proposed scheme,a Thermal Vacuum Docking Test Station was developed and tests were successfully completed. The results showed that the proposed test technique was effective and feasible and ensured the successful completion of the thermal vacuum docking tests.
