摘要
随着我国经济和经济全球化的快速发展,企业文化倍受关注。本文论述了企业文化的特点、功能、分析了我国企业文化建设的现状与误区,提出了塑造企业文化的策略与方法。
With our country economy and economic globalization develops, corporate culture is doubly paid close attention to. This article has discussed the characteristic and the function of corporate culture, the current situation and mis-understanding of building corporate culture, the tactics and methods of molding corporate culture and so on.
