糖皮质激素在类风湿关节炎中的应用进展 被引量：21

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是一种原因不明的自身免疫性疾病,以慢性或急性关节炎为主要表现,是目前致残的常见病之一。RA患者骨质的破坏,与该病本身的骨代谢异常有关,其发病机制尚未完全明确,随着对RA发病机制的不断认识与研究,其治疗理念也在不断地更新和发展。1948年人们首次应用糖皮质激素（glucocorticoid,GC）来治疗RA,收到了意想不到的效果,
