摘要
目的探寻新的简易的原发性痛经的治疗途径。方法运用太极结合冥想治疗女大学生原发性痛经,根据自愿的原则,选出完全符合原发性痛经诊断条件的女生30人,随机分为对照组、冥想组和太极拳组,每组各10人,进行1个月不同的干预训练,观察3组治疗前、后痛阈值的变化。结果通过1个月的干预训练,3个组呈现出显著差异;经对痛经改善程度进行对比,冥想组和太极拳组呈现显著差异。结论提示冥想和太极拳锻炼能有效改善痛经症状,冥想对痛经症状的改善效果更好。
Objective To exploring a new way to cure primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Totally 30 voluntary girls with primary dysmenorrhea were chosen and divided into 3 groups: a control group, meditation group and Tai Ji exercises group(10 persons each group). The changes of pain threshold before and after the treatment were observed. Results Through a one-month treatment, in the improvement degrees of dysmenorrhea, the meditation group and Tai Ji group had good effects as compared with the control group, and there were significant difference among 3 groups. In addition, the meditation group was better than Tai Ji group. Conclusion Meditation and Tai Ji exercises can effectively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and meditation is more effective.
