摘要
为了得到TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)钛合金单道激光熔覆的最佳工艺参数组合,在TC4钛合金表面熔覆Ni60A粉末。采用IPG光纤激光器和同轴送粉系统进行激光熔覆实验,找出激光功率、送粉电压和扫描速度对熔覆层外观几何尺寸的影响规律以及对表面硬度、显微硬度和微观组织质量的影响,通过相互分析对比,找到一组最佳的工艺参数组合。当激光功率500W、送粉电压12V、扫描速度2mm/s时,得到的单道熔覆层外观形貌平整,表面硬度和显微硬度最高,并实现了良好的冶金结合。
In order to obtain the best parameters combination of TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)titanium alloy single track laser cladding,laser cladding was performed on the surface of TC4 alloy with Ni60A. Using IPG fiber laser and coaxial powder feeding system for laser cladding experiment,finds out the effect of cladding layer geometrical dimensions,surface hardness, micro hardness and microstructure caused by laser power,feeding voltage and scanning speed. Then it obtains a set of optimal combination of process parameters through mutual comparison and analysis. When the laser power is 500 W,feeding voltage is 12V and scanning speed is 2mm/s,it can obtain the laser cladding with flat appearance,high surface hardness and micro hardness and good metallurgical bonding performance.
