摘要
为研究蓄电池板栅连铸机动模主轴的可靠性,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS的PDS模块对动模主轴进行可靠性分析。基于动模主轴受力分析,利用ANSYS对动模主轴建立有限元模型,以动模主轴多种设计参数作为随机输入变量,选用蒙特卡洛模拟技术,得到各随机输出参数灵敏度图及相应数据,分析了各参数对动模主轴强度与变形的影响。为动模主轴可靠性分析提供一种有效方法,为进一步板栅连铸机优化设计提供理论依据,有助于先进设备的国产化。
To study the reliability of drum shaft of battery grid continuous casting machine,uses the PDS module in ANSYS to analyze the reliability of drum shaft. Using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL)to establish finite element model of drum shaft and redact probability analysis file for the PDS module,it selects Monte Carlo simulation and Latin Hypercube Sampling method,to obtain the sensitivity diagram of random output parameters and corresponding datum,based on these it analyzes influence factors of various parameters on the drum shaft reliability. Providing an effective method for analysis of drum shaft reliability and a theoretical basis for optimization design,it contributes to the localization of advanced equipment.
