摘要
一般城市的存在使得生产要素从简单的集中提升到了城市区域层面的空间集聚,为创新活动的频发带来巨大的优势条件,包括廉价的交易成本、劳动资本等要素的最优配置以及企业规模报酬递增等,最终实现高效率的技术创新和关联产品的转换。但与一般城市促进创新效应相比较,智慧城市在承袭一般城市对创新效应作用的优势之上,充分利用当前的物联网技术、移动互联网技术等新一代信息技术,实现城市区域要素空间集聚、整合,进而大幅度提升创新效应。基于信息产品消费效应视角,从企业技术创新阶段和智慧城市产业链两大方面阐述城市智慧化水平对技术创新的影响,提出实现智慧城市建设下强化技术创新的对策,以促进城市信息化产品的变革,实现城市创新活动向更深层次发展与转变。
In traditional city, general factors of production centralizes regional level to enhance the city's spatial concentration for innovation activities frequently bring tremendous advantages, including low-cost elements of transaction costs, configuration and optimization of business increasing that returns to scale and ultimately achieve technological innovation of high conversion efficiency. But compared with the general effect of traditional city, smart city inherits the advantages of the innovation effect in action on the full use of current networking technology. At the same time, with the new generation of information technology wide spread using of the process, the deepen level of smart city is bound to promote information products, to achieve urban development and transition in a deeper level.
