摘要
研究了离子交换法在燃煤电站烟气脱碳胺液净化中的应用。通过对8种阴离子交换树脂进行静态吸附、静态动力学性能试验,筛选出性能最佳的树脂(6号),并通过动态吸附和变质有机胺液再生试验确定了阴离子交换树脂对燃煤电站烟气脱碳变质有机胺液中热稳定盐吸附、解吸的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,对于筛选出的最佳性能6号树脂,其最佳工艺为:吸附过程有机胺液运行流速为1.5BV/h(树脂柱内装载树脂的体积称为床容积,简写为BV),进样量为2BV;解吸过程再生剂为质量分数5%的氢氧化钠溶液,再生剂用量为3BV,运行流速为1.5BV/h。该运行工艺净化变质有机胺液,热稳定盐去除率可达95%。
The accumulation of heat stable salts(HSS)in amine liquid during CO2 capture cycle will lead to an increase in amine liquid consumption and a decrease in CO2 capture efficiency,it also causes serious corrosions.Thus,a combined process was developed,including removal of HSS anion by anion exchange resin.The resin with the optimal performances was selected through static absorption and static mechanical property tests for eight types of macroporous resins.Moreover,by dynamic absorbing tests,the best conditions for anion exchange resin absorbing and desorbing heat stable salts in organic amine liquid used for flue gas decarbonization were ascertained.For the chosen No.6resin,the most appropriate adsorption and desorption conditions are:amine liquid's flow rate of 1.5BV/h,inlet sample volume of 2BV,using NaOH solution with mass fraction of 5.0%,dosage of 3BVand flow rate of 1.5BV/h as the regeneration agent for desorption.The results show this method can regenerate the deteriorated amine liquid and the removal rate of the HSS can reach up to 95%.
