复发性流产诊治的专家共识 被引量：586

摘要 关于复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）的定义，美国生殖医学学会的标准是2次或2次以上妊娠失败；英国皇家妇产科医师协会（Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists，RCOG）则定义为与同一性伴侣连续发生3次或3次以上并于妊娠24周前的胎儿丢失；而我国通常将3次或3次以上在妊娠28周之前的胎儿丢失称为复发性流产，但大多数专家认为，
