子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 子宫内膜癌是常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤，子宫内膜癌的发病率近年来有逐渐升高的趋势。2002年，全球子宫内膜癌新发病例19．8万；2015年的统计显示，全球每年新发病例已增至31．9万。美国2010年新发病例为43470例，而在2014年上升至54870例。在我国，随着经济水平的提升，子宫内膜癌的发生呈上升趋势。子宫内膜癌主要的转移途径为经淋巴转移，传统的分期手术范围包括盆腔及腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除。但近年来，国内、外许多研究对于淋巴结切除的价值提出了新的观点，为了解子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除的新进展，对近年文献进行综述。
