CT血管成像对经导管主动脉瓣置换术风险的评估 被引量:3

摘要 瓣膜老化、组织变性或者先天性发育异常(如二瓣化)等病因可以导致主动脉瓣狭窄,并且是中老年人发生非风湿性主动脉瓣狭窄的主要因素。重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者若不行外科换瓣手术,1年生存率仅为50%左右。
