摘要
兰州某超高层建筑设计主楼56层,楼宇总高度266m,核心筒基底最大压力达1160k Pa,基坑最大深度25.3m,平均深度19.0m,均为兰州地区首创。建筑物基础坐落于第三系风化砂岩层中,深入认识与评价第三系砂岩地基的承载能力、变形等工程参数,为论证其天然地基的可行性,对兰州地区超高层建设具有重大意义。超高层建筑物在基础方案选型及基础工程设计(包括深基坑工程的设计施工)前,需要深入开展地基试验测试工作,对岩土地基的工程特性进行更深入的研究,为地基基础设计的科学论证提供充分依据。
A super high-rise building in Lanzhou is the pioneer at several apsects that the total height is 266m with 56 layers, the maximum pressure of core tube base reaches ll60kPa, the exvacation depth is 19.0m and the maximum excavtion depth is 25.3m. The building is founded in the Tertiary sandstone layer naturally, therefroe fully understand and appraisal of the properties of the layer on bearing capacity, deformation is significant to perform the feasibility study. Comprehensive testing and study of the ground shoud be carried out prior to the design of the foundation of the high-rise building which would provide the sufficient scientific theoretical basis for foundation design.
