飞机结构强度试验中拉压垫加载技术研究 被引量:31

摘要 随着飞机结构中新结构、新材料的大量应用,飞机结构强度试验对无损检测、加载速率提出了很高的要求。传统加载方式如胶布带、卡板等难以满足试验要求,因此,提出了一种采用拉压垫进行结构强度试验加载的方法。首先根据双向加载的要求对拉压垫结构进行了针对性设计,然后研究了拉压垫的材料选择、拉压垫制作和粘贴工艺规程的制定、拉压垫疲劳老化性能,并采用拉压垫加载技术进行了试验验证和实际应用。实际应用结果证明:结构强度试验中,采用拉压垫加载技术能够准确、高效的完成多加载节点拉压双向载荷的施加,便于结构的无损检测,能够显著的缩短试验准备周期,加快试验加载速率。 With wide application of new structure and new material,the structure strength test put higher request to NDT,loading rate. The traditional loading method,such as canvas-pad,lock board,can not meet the demands. A new loading method which use tension/compression pad is presented. Firstly the structure of tension /compression padis designed based on the demand of tension/compression load. then the material for tension/compression pad is selected,the process planning of manufacturing and bonding tension/compression pad is drawn up,the fatigue and aging performance is studied. thenthe tension/compression pad load technique is verified and applied. Results show,the Application of tension/compression pad load technique can apply tension/compression load to multi-node accurately and efficiently,be convenient for NDT,shorten the test preparation cycle observably,and accelerate test loading rate.
