摘要
目的分析不同亚型自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患者血清25-(OH)D3检验情况。方法选择2013年10月-2014年11月来我院治疗甲状腺疾病的患者102例,将其分成GD组和HT组,每组51例,同期选择51例健康体检者作为对照组。GD组为弥漫性甲状腺肿伴功能亢进,HT组为桥本氏甲状腺机能减退。检测三组受检人员的血清25-(OH)D3、sFas(可溶性Fas分子)、甲状腺功能指标及甲状腺自身相关抗体TPOAb、TGAb。结果三组在血清25-(OH)D3、sFas方面相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);GD组、HT组血清25-(OH)D3水平与sFas、TPOAb、TGAb密切相关。结论自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者的血清25-(OH)D3水平明显降低,自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者的血清25-(OH)D3与sFas具有负相关,血清25-(OH)D3可以调节sFas表达。
Objective To analysis the results of different hypotypes with autoimmune thyroid disease.Methods Selected 102 cases of patients with thyroid disease from October 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital,which were divided into the GD group and HT group,each group had 51 cases.In the meantime selected 51 healthy cases as the control group.The GD group was diffuse goiter with hyperfunction,the HT group was hashimoto hypothyrea.To test the 25-(OH)D3 serum,sFas,functional parameter of thyroid and the TPOAb,TGAb antibody of the thyroid.Results To compare the 25-(OH) D3 serum and sFas of them,there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).The 25-(OH) D3 serum was closely related the sFas,TPOAb and TGAb.Conclusion The level of 25-(OH)D3 serum of autoimmunity thyroid disease will be significantly decreased.There has the negative correlation of the 25-(OH)D3 serum and sFas,and the 25-(OH)D3 serum is able to adjust the expression of sFas.
