摘要
建筑物化阶段是建筑节能减排的重点,首先界定建筑物化阶段碳排放核算范围,然后基于协同工作原理,利用BIM和"云"技术进行建筑物化阶段碳排放体系设计。最后阐述建筑物化阶段建设单位、设计单位、施工单位和监理单位等参建方碳排放的协同管理,为建筑项目全生命周期碳排放协管理提供参考。
Building embodied stage is the focus of the building energy conservation and emission reduction. Firstly,the paper determines the range of carbon emissions at building embodied stage. Secondly,establishes the carbon emissions collaborative management system based on BIM and cloud technology. Lastly,expounds the collaborative management of different construction participants at the embodied stage,which provide a reference for the building lifecycle management.
