摘要
柴油发动机电控单元(ECU)是车辆最关键的部件之一,不仅要求系统可靠性高,还要成本低廉.首先对ECU失效模式进行了简要分析,然后基于机载计算机硬件容错控制系统理论和软硬件协同优化设计思想,设计并实现了一款具有高可靠性的共轨柴油发动机ECU.实验结果表明,该电控单元不仅能有效提高系统可靠性,同时还具有成本低、可用性高的优点.
The electronic control unit(ECU)of diesel engine is a key module of the vehicle.It requires not only the high reliability but also the low cost.Firstly,the failure mode of ECU is analyzed briefly.Then,based on the theory of airborne computer fault-tolerant control system and codesign method of software and hardware,a kind of highly reliable ECU of common rail diesel engine is designed and implemented.The experimental results show that this ECU can not only improve the reliability of system effectively,but also has the advantages of low cost and high availability.
