摘要 接触网运行状态评估需要综合考虑评价指标的模糊性、随机性以及均衡性问题,因此提出一种基于改进变权法和正态云模型的接触网运行状态评估方法。该方法利用正态云模型处理检测指标数据,确定状态评判矩阵,解决评价指标的模糊性和随机性问题;引入劣化度判别与博弈论组合权重改进变权法,确定接触网各评价指标权重,解决接触网状态评价过程中指标的均衡性问题,在此基础上建立接触网运行状态的综合评估模型。研究结果表明:所构建的接触网运行状态评估模型能够为接触网的故障预警提供了一种理论依据。 In this paper,a novel method for assessing the operational status of catenaries was proposed along with an indicator of the degree of inferiority with modified variable weights and a cloud model.This study was aimed at the deficiency of one-sidedness when using one method to obtain weights and ignoring the randomness of e-valuation indices for insulator contamination condition fuzzy synthetic evaluation model.Firstly,an evaluation in-dex system for status of catenaries assessment was established and a degree of inferiority indicator was adapted in the fuzz comprehensive to improve model of status assessment for catenaries.Meanwhile,the normal cloud model was used to describe the fuzziness and randomness of the status of catenaries and used to obtain the membership degree of quantitative index to each health status grade of catenaries.Secondly,a degree of inferiority indicator is adapted to judge whether it needs to adopt variable weights method with a game theory model to obtain weights or not,which improves the accuracy of weights.Finally,a verification test was carried out to evaluate the construc-ted model.The result show that the status comprehensive evaluation model has the efficacy to assess the status of high-speed railway,and provides a practical method and theoretical basis during fault prognosis.
