摘要
植物在逆境胁迫下会累积一些相容性溶质来增加抗逆能力,在这些溶质中,以脯氨酸最常见。本文简要介绍了脯氨酸的理化性质,植物体内脯氨酸含量的测定方法。重点阐述了脯氨酸与植物抗逆性的关系及其在植物体内的代谢累积机制,参与脯氨酸代谢的酶和基因以及脯氨酸在甜菜抗逆中的作用研究进展。
The plants will accumulate some osmotic adjusting materials to increase resilience when under environment stress. In all of the solutes, Proline is the most common. This article introduced the physico - chemical properties of proline and the proline content measuring methods. The article expounds the connection between the Proline and plant resistance, the metabolic mechanism and pathway of proline in plants, the enzymes and genes involved in proline metabolism and summarizes the research progress of proline in stress tolerance of sugar beet.
