摘要 目的探讨工作坊模式在临床护理教学中的效果。方法评估护理教学工作及护理人员现状,制订教学计划和教学流程,按工作坊模式中团体讨论、技巧模拟研习、专题讲解方法等实施培训。结果实施工作坊式护理查房活动后,护士的专业护理知识水平、多学科护理知识水平、解决护理问题能力、运用护理程序能力、沟通能力、授课水平、学习主动性、评判性思维能力8个维度评分均有不同程度的提高。结论工作坊形式的培训为提高护理教学工作中的针对性和实效性开辟了新的途径,能提高管理人员综合能力,从而提高管理绩效。 Objective To explore the effect of workshop mode in clinical nursing teaching. Methods Assessing the nursing teaching and the current situation of the nursing manpower,setting up teaching plan and teaching process, according to the methodabout group discussion, simulation skills learning, thematic explanationin workshop mode to implement the training. Results After the implementation of the workshop style nursing ward inspection activities, nurse ' s nursing professional knowledge level, multidisciplinary nursing knowledge,solve nursing ability,the use of nursing procedure ability,communication ability,teaching level,active learning,critical thinking ability scoreof eight dimension had different degrees of improvement. Conclusions Training in the form of workshop is a new way to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of nursing teaching.It can improve the comprehensive ability of the management and improve the management performance.
