摘要 目的探讨3.0T磁共振成像(MRI)全身类正电子发射断层成像(PET)在多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)临床诊疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经临床确诊的30例MM患者的MRI全身弥散加权扫描图像,分析内容主要包括有无弥散受限病灶及病灶分布情况。结果MM浸润病灶在DWI图像上呈高信号,而在ADC图上为低信号。30例患者类PET成像中,23例表现为多发或单发病灶,阳性率76.7%。病灶主要分布于肋骨(15/23,65.2%),骨盆(13/23,56.5%),脊柱椎体及附件(11/23,47.8%)。结论类MRI类PET成像技术可较好地检出MM浸润病灶,帮助临床医生正确分析病情并制定治疗方案。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3.0T MRI whole body diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods The whole body diffusion weighted images of 30 patients with MM were analyzed retrospectively, including whether there are diffusion restricted lesion and the distribution of the lesions. Results The lesions of MM showed high signal on DWI images, and low signal on ADC map. 23 cases showed multiple or single lesions (23/30, 76.7%). The lesions were mainly distributed in the ribs (15/23, 65.2%), pelvis (13/23, 56.5%), vertebral body and appendix (11/23, 47.8%). Conclusion 3.0T MRI whole body diffusion weighted imaging can be used to detect the lesions of multiple myeloma, and help the clinician to analyze the disease and develop a treatment plan.
