摘要
通过分析斜孔工件测量的难点,在现有的检测方法基础上,利用接触式测头对斜孔进行在线采点测量、计算,提出一种水平截面法,利用水平面截出的椭圆平面反算出孔径的倾角。实现了斜孔角度的快速、精确测量,工程实用性较好。
Through the analysis of the difficulty of hole inclination measurement of workpieces,based on the existing detection method,a horizontal section method is proposed by using the contact type measuring head to the hole slanting online measurement and calculation,using horizontal plane intersecting the elliptic plane back calculate aperture angle.The fast and accurate measurement of inclined hole angle has been achieved,engineering practicability is good.
