摘要
从土家族医学理论的起源、发展与完善三个方面分析了土家族医学理论在这三个阶段所具有的特点,详细阐述了土家族医学理论的发展史。起源阶段的土家族医学以"梯玛"做法祛邪为主,辅助予与病证相适应的药物或是其他与病证相符的外治疗法,此阶段为重神明、辅医药阶段;发展阶段有两个转变时期,由重神明、辅医药,到神、医并重时期,然后由神、医并重到重医药、辅神明时期,此阶段是土家族医学神明与医药关系重心转化阶段;完善阶段是科学研究阶段,此阶段形成了一套科学完备的土家族医学理论体系。
This article analyzes the features of Tujia medical theories from the aspects of origin,development,and perfection,and describes the developmental history of Tujia medical theories in detail. In the original stage of Tujia medicine,＂Tima＂is invited to perform religious rites and eliminate the evil,with the assistance of drugs or external medical therapies for certain diseases and indications,and Tujia medical theories in this stage emphasize gods with the assistance of medicine. The developmental stage has two important transitions： from the emphasis on gods with the assistance of medicine to the emphasis on both gods and medicine,as well as from the emphasis on both gods and medicine to the emphasis on medicine with the assistance of gods,and this stage is an important stage for the transition in the god- medicine relationship. The perfection stage is the stage of scientific research,and a set of scientific and complete Tujia medical theories are formed in this stage.
