采用全自动生化分析仪检测高浓度尿碘的方法研究 被引量:3

The determination method of High concentration iodine in urine measured by automatic biochemical analyzer

摘要 目的建立应用全自动生化分析仪低砷快速测定高质量浓度尿中碘含量的测定方法,实现尿碘高于300μg/L样品的直接测定,适用于高碘地区高效开展大批量尿碘的实验室检测。方法结合生化分析仪,自动进样、加试剂和比色检测的优势,进行尿中碘含量的测定,开展相应的线性范围、精密度和准确度等验证实验。结果标准曲线线性范围为300~1 200μg/L,取样量500μL,对低、中、高3种不同含量的尿样,精密度实验CV%范围分别为1.86%、1.25%、1.84%。加标回收率分别为104.0%、98.3%、104.5%(n=6),平均回收率为102.3%。结论该方法仪器操作简单,环境适应性好,检测线性范围合理;亚砷酸的使用量仅为国标法的2%,自动化实验操作减轻了检测人员的工作负担及与有毒试剂的直接接触,使得检测工作安全、高效。该方法实现了自动化检测,检测速度快,适用于高碘地区尿样碘含量的检测。 Objective To establish a rapid method for determination of high concentration iodine in urine by automatic biochemical analyzer with low amount trioxide. Iodine concentrations in direct determination in the urine samples was higher than 300 μg/L. High concentration of iodine in urine in large quantities of samples were efficiently carried out. Methods Combined with condition of the automatic biochemical analyzer,the content of iodine in urine was determined,and the linear range,precision and accuracy were carried out. Results The calibration was 300 ~ 1200 g/L. The sample quantity was500 μL. The low,high,in 3 different content samples,the precision test of the range of CV% were 1. 86%,1. 25%,1.84%. The recoveries were 104%,98. 3%,and 104. 5%( n = 6),with average recovery of 102. 3%. Conclusion The instrument had the advantages of simple operation,good adaptability to the environment,and reasonable linear detection range. The arsenious acid usage only reached 2% of the national standard method,automation experimental operation reduced the testing workload and direct contact with toxic reagents,and the testing job was security and efficient. The method was realized for the automatic,fast detection for large quantities of urine samples with high iodine.
