摘要
以电火花加工机床床身为研究对象,对其结构进行静力分析和模态分析,获得了最大变形量、固有频率和振型。对不同筋板厚度值和高度值的床身变形进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,筋板厚度和高度对床身的变形有较大影响。根据床身的变形量选择了较优的筋板厚度值和高度值。研究结果为优化床身结构和提高机床工作性能提供了一定理论依据。
A certain type of EDM machine tool bed is chosen as the object of study. Static analysis and model analysis were made. The deformation, natural frequencies, and vibration modes were obtained. Deformations of the machine tool bed with different thickness values and height values of stiffening ribs were analyzed. The results show that thickness values and height values of stiffening ribs have great influence on deformation of the machine tool bed. The optimum thickness value and height value are chosen according to the deformation. The results provide a scientific basic for improving machine tool bed structure and operating performance.
