摘要
设计了两款高像素的折衍混合式手机镜头。两款镜头F数均为2.2,都将第一片透镜的后表面作为衍射面,第一种结构采用正-负-正的三片式,光阑位于第一片透镜和第二片透镜之间,全视场60°,焦距为5mm,系统总长5.8mm,优化后在223lp/mm处所有视场MTF值均大于0.4,在446lp/mm处所有视场MTF值均大于0.19,相对畸变小于2%,第二种结构为四片式,光阑前置,全视场70°,焦距4.2mm,系统总长6.7mm,优化后在223lp/mm处0.7视场内MTF值均大于0.36,在446lp/mm处0.7视场内MTF值接近于0.2,相对畸变小于1%,三片式镜头系统总长小,MTF曲线也更高,但四片式镜头有较大的视场角且场曲畸变更小,两者各有优势。
This paper designs two refraction and diffraction mixed lens with high pixel.The F of two mobile phone lens is 2.2,The back surface of the first lens is used as the diffraction surface.One lens use positive-negative-positive type3 pieces structure,the stop is between the first and second lens,Full Field is 60 degree,focal length is 5mm.total length is 5.8mm,After optimization,MTF value of all the fields〉 0.4 at 233lp/mm,and MTF value of all the fields〉0.19 at 446lp/mm,the relative distortion less than 2%,The other one use 4 pieces structure,Front stop,Full Field is 70 degree,focal length is 4.2mm.total length is 6.7mm,After optimization,MTF value of 0.7 fields 〉0.36 at 233lp/mm,and MTF value of 0.7 fields close to 0.2 at 446lp/mm,the relative distortion less than 1%,Three piece lens system small length,MTF is also higher,but four piece lens have large field of view angle and curvature of field distortion is small. Both of them have their own advantages.
