摘要
目的主要是对中西医结合治疗的脑梗死吞咽障碍进行了分析,探讨了其疗效。方法选取本院2014年1月—2015年1月的收治的55例脑梗死吞咽障碍患者,主要将其分为药物治疗组、针灸治疗组以及中西医结合治疗组。药物治疗组患者仅接受药物治疗,针灸治疗组患者在药物治疗基础上进行针灸治疗,而中西医结合治疗主要方式是药物治疗、吞咽功能训练治疗以及针灸治疗相互结合。结果经过治疗之后,发现中西医结合治疗法的治疗效果明显高于药物治疗组以及针灸治疗组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死吞咽障碍的治疗中,中西医结合治疗具有很大的优势。
Objective To analyze the effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of swallowing disorder of cerebral infarction.Methods Selecting 55 cases of patients with swallowing disorder of cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,they were divided into medicine treatment group, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group, and therapy of integrated medicine group.The medicine treatment group only received medicine. The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group received acupuncture and moxi-bustion therapy on the basis of the medicine treatment. The therapy of integrated medicine group used the combination of medicine treatmnent, swallowing function training treatment and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Results After treatment, the effect of therapy of integrated medicine group was significantly higher than the medicine therapy group and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of swallow-ing disorder of cerebral infarction has great advantage.
