摘要
目的探究分析规范治疗对妊娠合并糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法该次临床研究选择2009年6月—2014年6月期间,该院收治的100例妊娠合并糖尿病患者为研究观察对象。采用随机数字表法,将100例妊娠合并糖尿病分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者给予规范化治疗,对照组患者未给予规范化治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者在剖宫产率、妊高症、早产、新生儿并发症等临床评价指标上,显著优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠合并糖尿病患者规范化治疗,能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,降低妊娠并发症和新生儿并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard treatment for gestational diabetes. Methods 100 cases with gestational diabetes admitted in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects for the clinical study. And they were divided into the experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. The experimental group were treated with standard treatment, the control group were not given standardized treatment. And the clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had much lower cesarean section rate, incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, premature birth rate, incidence of neonatal complications, the differences between the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For gestational diabetes, standard treatment can effectively control blood sugar levels, reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and neonatal complications.
