摘要
"不X也X"形式上为同语悖义构式,实则表达转折义,通常要求X为谓词性词语。若从发话人的角度着眼,其意义又可细分为三类:希望不X却只能X——意愿类;表面不X实质上X——感知类;先前不X,后来X了——判断类。"不X也X"构式结构上凝缩紧凑、和谐对称;表达上对比鲜明、凸显强化;该构式前后既"同语"又"悖义",从而带来"无理而妙"的修辞效果。其固化机制主要包括认知基础、语用推理和语境吸收三个方面。由此可见,该构式有其产生的理据与存在的价值。
The construction ＂bu X ye X＂（不X也X）is tautologically contradictory in the form but expresses a transitional relation, ＂X＂ being the predicate. From the perspective of the speaker, the meaning of this construction can be classified into three categories： expressing desire, perception and judgment. The construction is concise, harmonious and symmetrical. It shows the striking contrast and semantic salience.The two Xs of this construction is tautological but contradictory, achieving unspeakable rhetorical effects.Its formation can be explained from the aspects of cognitive foundation、pragmatic reasoning and absorption of contextual meaning. Therefore, its existence is both reasonable and valuable.
