摘要
目的:探讨药物咨询服务工作的开展情况,为完善药学咨询服务提供参考。方法:收集2013年1月—2014年12月四川省双流县第一人民医院药物咨询记录4 459条,对咨询内容进行统计分析。结果:患者咨询的问题中,涉及给药方式、用量的问题最多(2 650条,占59.43%),其次分别为服药时间(703条,占15.77%)、药理作用(306条,6.86%)、药物相互作用(264条,5.92%)等;涉及消化系统用药的问题最多,其次为抗微生物药、心血管系统用药。结论:药物咨询已成为药学服务的重要组成部分,药师需不断加强专业知识的学习,不断完善药学服务模式,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the development of pharmaceutical counseling service,and to provide reference for the improvement of pharmaceutical counseling service. METHODS： 4 459 cases of drug counseling datain the First People＇s Hospital of Sichuan Shuangliu County from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were collected,and the counseling contents were statistically analyzed. RESULTS： Of the problems that consulted by patients,the contents for route of administration and dosage took the lead（ 2 650 cases,59. 43%）,followed by medication time（ 703 cases,15. 77%）,pharmacology（ 306 cases,6. 86%） and interactions of drugs（ 264 cases,5. 92%） etc. Digestive system drugs were the major drugs for counseling（ 40. 33%）,followed by anti-infection drugs and cardiovascular drugs.CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical counseling has becoming an important part of pharmaceutical care. Pharmacists should continually enhance the professional knowledge,and constantly improve pharmacy service in order to promote rational drug use.
