锻件表面残余应力的盲孔法测试与分析 被引量:6

Test and analysis of residual stress on forging surface by blind hole method

摘要 采用理论与试验相结合的方法先对锻件残余应力的产生原因做出阐述,后用盲孔法试验实际测量了两种材料(1Cr13、30Cr Mo)锻件的表面残余应力,再利用MATLAB软件对锻件表面残余应力场进行拟合研究。由试验结果得知:锻件表面残余应力分布不均匀;锻件角部等过渡区域的表面残余拉应力值较大;1Cr13表面残余拉应力占表面残余应力的比例较30Cr Mo大,且其最大残余拉应力值已经超过其屈服强度。根据分析试验结果,结合工艺参数,对1Cr13锻件的热处理工艺提出了建议。采用残余应力的盲孔法试验与MATLAB拟合相结合,可为残余应力的研究提供一种新方法。 The reason behind the residual stress of forging was explored by theory integrated with experiment method. Then the residual stress on 1Cr13 and 30CrMo forging was tested by blind hole method experiment. Finally, fitting study was conducted on the residual stress on forging surface by using MATLAB software: Results showed the residual stress distribution on forging surface was not uniform, the residual stress at the surface of forging angle and transition region was relatively large. The rate of residual tensile stress on the surface of 1Crl3 to the surface residual stress is larger than that of 30CrMo and its maximum residual tensile stress is larger than its yield strength. A suggestion was proposed on the heat treatment process of 1Cr13 forging based on analysis result and process parameter. Blind hole method of residual stress integrated with MATLAB fitting may provide a new method for the study of residual stress.
