摘要
目的分析肾结石患者行经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床效果。方法将我院2012年3月~2015年3月接收的肾结石患者37例作为研究对象,均借助经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果 37例肾结石患者中,经一次性彻底排石者32例,占比86.5%;临床手术期间未出现大出血、内脏损伤等病症。结论临床针对肾结石患者行经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜钬激光碎石术作用突出,具有创伤小、并发症少的特点,对于肾功能不全、复发性结石患者来说意义重大。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of renal calculi in patients with renal calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 37 patients with renal calculi were treated by percutaneous renal micro endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of patients with renal calculi from March 2012 to March 2015. Results In 37 cases of renal calculi, 32 cases were treated with one stone, and the other 86.5% cases were in the treatment. Conclusion The clinical treatment of renal calculi in patients with renal calculi in the treatment of renal calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy is outstanding, with less trauma, less complications, for renal insufficiency, recurrent stones in patients with significant.
