摘要
目的通过对高血压患者临床合理用药情况研究,了解高血压患者临床用药现状及影响患者用药依从性因素,以便采取有效的对策,以提高患者服药依从性,有效控制血压和疾病的进程。方法选取2012年4月~2015年4月我院心血管内科收治的原发性高血压患者220例,由患者本人填写相关资料和降压药物使用情况。笔者通过回收相关资料,经审核确认数据准确无误后,对结果进行分析。结果 220例患者,临床用药合理,降压效果显著,部分患者用药后有相关不良反应发生;进一步研究发现患者出院后用药依从性变差,调查其原因与药物本身不良反应、服药种类和次数以及经济等方面因素有关。结论合理应用降压药,降压效果肯定,但医师应个体化选药,简化疗程,减少药物种类和用药次数,避免或降低不良反应的发生,以提高患者用药依从性,控制疾病进程,延缓并发症的发生。
Objective Through the clinical rational use of drugs in patients with hypertension, to understand the status quo of clinical medication and the factors affecting the compliance of patients with hypertension, so as to take effective measures to improve patient compliance, and to control the process of blood pressure and disease. Methods Selected the patients with essential hypertension from the department of internal medicine in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015, the related contents of the research object and antihypertensive drugs were filled out by the researchers themselves. The results were analyzed and the audit confirmed that the data of relevant information was correct. Results The clinical medicine of 220 patients was reasonable, the antihypertensive effect was obvious, some patients after treatment with related adverse reactions, further study found that patients after discharge from hospital medication compliance change investigate its reason and drug adverse reaction, drug type and frequency and economic factors. Conclusion Rational use of antihypertensive drugs, antihypertensive effect is sure, but physicians should be individualized drug selection, simplify treatment, reduce the number of drugs and medication, to avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, to improve patient compliance, control the disease process, and delay the occurrence of complications.
