摘要
软开关技术是LLC谐振变换器的一大特点,提高了变换器的效率和功率密度,大大降低了开关损耗,但全桥LLC变换器目前缺少一种实现软开关参数的定量分析计算方法和高效简洁的设计思路.本文在建立LLC全桥谐振变换器交流等效电路的基础上,分析开关频率为2个不同谐振频率时的谐振网络阻抗状态,然后遵循能量守恒对LLC的软开关实现进行公式推导,最后提出利用谐振参数关系式与仿真图形相结合的一种简洁的LLC变换器设计思路.搭建了1台全桥LLC谐振变换器样机,实验结果验证了设计方案的正确性.
As one of the important features of LLC resonant converter, the soft switching technology can not only improve the efficiency and power density of the converter but also greatly reduce the converter switching loss. However, the FullBridge LLC converter has no numerical analysis on soft switch progress and efficient design so far. Based on the equivalent circuit of full-bridge LLC resonant converter, this paper analyzed the resonant network status of switching frequency for the two different resonant frequency, then within the rule of energy conservation for LLC soft switch implementation got the formula derivation, in the last by using the combination of resonant parameter equation and the simulation a LLC converter design method was put forward. A full-bridge of LLC resonant converter prototype was designed to prove by the experimental waveform.
