摘要
为改善透水混凝土的抗压强度和透水性能,将刚性聚合纤维和聚合物乳液掺入透水混凝土材料,采用正交试验分析了包括骨料粒径、水灰比、纤维掺量、乳液掺量4个因素的配合比对透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响.结果表明:水灰比和骨料粒径是影响透水混凝土抗压强度的主要因素,刚性聚合纤维可以在不降低透水混凝土抗压强度的基础上提高其透水性能,聚合物乳液对透水混凝土性能的提高作用不明显.推荐刚性纤维改性透水混凝土的配合比为水灰比0.3,骨料粒径10~15 mm,纤维掺量0.2%,聚合物乳液掺量20%.
To increase the compressive strength and permeability of the permeable concrete, rigid polymeric fibers and polymer emulsion are added into the concrete.Orthogonal experiments are carried out to analyse the effects of the aggregate size, water cement ratio, fiber mix ratio and polymer emulsion mix ratio to the permeable concrete's performance. The results show that water cement ratio and aggregate size are the main factors for the compressive strength of the permeable concrete. Rigid polymeric fiber could increase the permeability of the permeable concrete while keeping the compressive strength. Polymer emulsion has few effects on the improvement of the permeable concrete. An optimized mix proportion is recommended: water cement ratio is 0.3, aggregate size is 10 ~ 15 mm, fiber mix ratio is 0.2% and polymer emulsion mix ratio is 20%.
