摘要
目的建立一种梯度洗脱高效液相色谱法测定蜂王浆中的6种防腐剂。方法参考SN/T 1303—2003出入境检验检疫行业标准—高效液相色谱法,对色谱条件进行优化。结果 6种防腐剂组分分离良好,在0.1-10μg/ml的线性范围内,6组分的线性回归方程均呈良好线性关系,r〉0.999,测定低限均达到1 mg/kg,加标回收率范围为95.9%-99.9%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、适用性更强,可满足产品质控的要求。
[Objective]To establish a method for detection of 6 preservatives in royal jelly by gradient elution HPLC. [Methods]Based on the SN/T 1303-2003, HPLC conditions were optimized.[Results]The separation of 6 preservatives was well. The Linear ranges were 0.1-10 μg/ml. The linear relation of linear regression equation of 6 preservatives was good, r〉0.999. The detection limit was 1 mg/kg. The recoveries were between 95.9%-99.9%. [Conclusion]The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable, witch can meet the requirement of quality control of royal jelly.
