摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为反应物、过硫酸钾为引发剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为表面活性剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法,制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球.利用傅里叶-红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、激光散射粒度分析仪、比表面积测定仪和热重差热分析仪分别对所得的PMMA微球进行红外、形貌、粒径分布、N2吸附-脱附等温线与比表面积、热稳定性等表征.结果表明,随着表面活性剂量的增加,PMMA微球粒径逐渐减小,比表面积逐渐增大,且当表面活性剂浓度为0.025mol/L时,制备的PMMA微球的粒径小、分散效果佳,并表现出良好的热稳定性.
Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)microspheres were prepared by soap-free polymerization with methyl methacrylate as reactant,potassium persulfate as initiator,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid as surfactant.Fourier transform infrared intrusment,scanning electron microscopy,laser scattering particle size analyzer,nitrogen adsorption-desorption at 77 Kand thermogravimetric-differtial thermal analyzer were used to characterize the FT-IR spectrum,morphology,particle size distribution,specific surface area and porosity,thermal stability of the as-prepared PMMA microspheres,respectively.The results showed that the size of microspheres decreased and its specific surface area increased with increasing amount of SDBS.PMMA microspheres behave the excellent properties such as small particle size,good dispersity and thermal stability at the optimal SDBS concentration of0.025mol/L in the synthetic process.
