摘要 将某船舶主汽轮机作为研究对象,充分考虑船舶汽轮机的结构特性,基于机理建模原理对船舶汽轮机进行模块划分。在MINIS仿真平台上搭建汽轮机的仿真模型,并对其进行稳态实验和动态实验,其中动态试验包含升速过程和减速过程。仿真结果表明,该模型具有较好的准确性,且动态趋势合理,与汽轮机的实际运行状态相符。 In this paper, considering the structure characteristics of steam turbine, a main steam turbine as the research object was modeled and simulated. Based on the simulation platform of MINIS, the simulation model of turbine was set up for the static experiments and dynamic experiments. The dynamic experiments include speed test and deceleration test. The simulation results show that the model has high accuracy and dynamic trend is reasonable. The simulation model is consistent with the actual running condition of steam turbine.
