摘要
地面预注浆技术作为井筒通过基岩含水层常用工法,在上海庙矿区尚无应用先例。为指导该矿区井筒注浆施工,选择福城煤矿南翼回风立井作试验井,对地面预注浆设计参数、施工方法进行试验研究,取得预期效果。全井筒平均浆液注入量为51.6m3/m,压水试验测得的井筒注浆段剩余涌水量为2.7m3/h。井筒掘砌到底后,注浆段实测剩余涌水量小于6m3/h,满足施工要求。
A surface ground pre-grouting technology as a conventional construction method of the mine shaft passing through an aquifer in a base rock was not applied to Shanghaimiao Mining Area yet.In order to guide the grouting construction of the mine shaft in the mining area,a mine air retuning ventilation shaft at the south wing of Fucheng Mine was selected as a mine trial shaft,an experiment study was conducted on the design parameters and the construction method of the surface ground pre-grouting and the estimated effect was obtained.The average grout injection volume of the whole mine shaft was 51.6m^3/m and the residual water inflow volume at the grouting section of the mine shaft was 2.7m3/h measured from the water pressure test.When the mine shaft was excavated and lined at the bottom of the mine shaft,the residual water inflow volume measured at the grouting section was less than6m^3/h and could meet the construction requirements.
