摘要
为了满足深海勘探的要求,采用Ti-6Al-4VELI钛合金制备直径2 100mm深海耐压壳体.文中采用金相显微镜对材料组织形貌进行分析,利用扫描电镜对拉伸及冲击断口形貌进行观察.结果表明:材料为α+β两相区加工组织,沿金属流线方向,拉长的α相组织边界呈锯齿状,组织存在球化趋势.金属流线使材料力学表现出各向异性,改变了拉伸过程中裂纹扩展路径.
In order to fulfill the requirement of deep sea explorations, the pressure hull with diameter of 2 100 mm in deep-sea was produced by Ti-6A1-4VELI titanium. This is a large step toward deep sea technology in china. Many basic research has not been studied. Therefore, it is necessary to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of pressure hull in deep-sea. In this paper,the microstructure of material was analyzed by metallographic microscope, and fracture surfaces of tensile and impact specimens were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the material was a two phase region processing organization. The microstructures with elongated grains showed serrations and the microstructures had the trend of globalization along the direction of metal flow line,the mechanical properties of materials exhibited anisotropic, and the crack propagation path in tensile process was changed.
