摘要 为了准确判断西安市大气环境质量的变化趋势,运用模糊综合评判的方法,选取SO2、NO2和总悬浮微粒作为评价因子,通过建立各污染物的权重集合以及函数关系,可以综合分析西安市2001-2010年的大气环境质量状况.分析结果显示:西安市2001年度的大气环境质量总体为中度污染(III级),但空气质量在逐年好转,40%的年份为轻污染(II级),西安市5个年份的大气环境质量为清洁(I级).2003年之前,总悬浮微粒是西安市空气质量的主要制约因子,NO2的权重在逐年上升.2004年和2005年两年间,SO2和总悬浮微粒成为主要污染因子,总悬浮微粒的权重在逐年下降,SO2污染逐年加重.通过对年度变化趋势进行对比分析,西安市城区的大气环境质量状况得到比较客观地反映,这也为西安市的大气环境改善和治理提供了重要的理论支持. In order to accurately determine the trend of atmospheric environmental quality in Xi'an,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used, selecting the SO2, NO2 and TSP as an evaluation factors, through the establishment of membership function and weight set for each pollutant of Xi'an, the quality of atmospheric environment during 2001 --2010 is evaluated. Comprehensive evaluation results show:In 2001, the quality of the atmospheric environment of Xi'an is moderately polluted (Class III), but the air quality is improved year by year, 40% of the year is slightly polluted(Class II), the atmospheric environment quality of Xi'an in five years is clean(Class I). Prior to 2003,total suspended particles are a major constraint factor for Xi'an air quality, the weight of NO2 increases year by year. Between 2004 and 2005, SO2 and TSP become a major pollution factor, weight of total suspended particles is declined, and SO2 pollution increases year by year. Comparative analysis of annual trends objectively reflects the atmospheric environment in Xi' an region, which provides the necessary theoretical basis to improve the environment of Xi'an.
