加油站地下水污染现状及预防对策建议 被引量:14

摘要 总结了国外及地区加油站地下水污染预防经验,表明较好的地下水污染预防手段为加强油罐系统储油系统的二次阻隔,设置双层油罐或建设防渗装置。分析了我国加油站地下水污染现状污染原因并针对我国加油站地下水污染问题,提出亟需按照风险分级来更新油罐为双层罐或建设防渗池,并出台落实相关实施细则,加强加油站环境监管,同时也是落实《水污染防治行动计划》的重要举措。 In this paper, foreign and regional experiences in prevention of gas stations from groundwater pollution are summarized. It is showed from the experiences that installation of secondary containment measures for the oil storage of the oil tank system, such as installation of double-layer oil tanks or construction of impermeable ponds, is a preferable means for prevention of gas stations from groundwater pollution. Then, current status and causes of groundwater pollution by gas station are analyzed. With regard to the problems of groundwater pollution caused by gas station, it is proposed that it is urgent to replace the oil tanks by double-layer tanks or construct impermeable ponds according to the risk ranking. Relevant implementation rules should be issued and carried out, and supervision management of gas stations should be strengthened. These are also the key measures for implementation of the Water Pollution Control Action Plan.
