摘要
为分析低速柴油机机体组强度和疲劳寿命,本文以某低速柴油机机体为研究对象,分别分析计算主轴承轴瓦过盈装配工况、计及螺栓预紧力以及燃气爆发压力工况和疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:在考虑曲轴油膜存在,通过采用函数加载爆发载荷,机体计算分析数值结果与实际吻合;在燃烧综合爆发工况中,发动机主轴承盖中间变形较大,建议在主轴承盖设计增加横穿螺栓,连接机体和主轴承盖,以便减少主轴承盖的变形量。
In order to analyze the strength and fatigue life of the low-speed diesel engine body, four work conditions were analyzed in this paper, which were crank shaft interference fit, bolt pre-force, explosion pressure and fatigue life. With the function to load in crank shaft, the stress and fatigue life of the engine body can match the theoretical prediction perfectly in consideration of the oil film of the crank shaft. Especially, the strain and stress of the crank shaft ball cover are significantly obvious in the explosion work condition. So a bolt should be existed which cross the engine body and ball cover of crank shaft in order to depress that.
