临床护理人员对专职健康教育岗位的认知调查

摘要 目的了解临床护理人员对专职健康教岗位的认知状况,为临床健康教育模式探索路径和方法.方法:采用自设问卷对某市3 所综合医院工作三年以上的100 名护士进行调查.结果:98.86%护士认为临床科室有必要设立专职健康教育岗位;专职健康教育岗位最好由大专以上、工作10 年以上、护师以上职称的护士担任;79.31%的护士认为担任此岗位需具备沟通交流能力、心理疏导能力、专业知识、营养学知识、人文社会知识等.结论:专职健康教育岗位的设置已被大多数护理人员所认可,临床各科室可根据不同人力资源结构进行合理安排,并有效开展工作. Objective:To understanding the knowing of clinical full-time health education nursing staff. Explore paths and methods of clinical health education model. methods:We use the questionnaire survey to the 100 nurses who work in city three general hospitals, and work more than three years. Results:98.86% of nurses believe that it is necessary to establish a full-time health education clinical jobs. The full-time health education nurses should graduated from college, have been working for more than 10 years, and have titles. 79.31% of the nurses believe the full-time health education nurses should have communication skills, the ability to psychological counseling, nutrition knowledge, humanities and social knowledge. Conclusion:The Full-time health education job has been recognized by most of the nurse. Clinical departments can make reasonable arrangements depending on the structure of human resources, and work.
