多方合作模式下的门诊流程优化

摘要 目的探索不同就诊卡模式,为门诊流程优化工作提供依据.方法:以2014 年普通就诊卡、银医就诊卡、医保卡等使用中的数据为基础,与去年同期数据对比,分析多方合作下的就诊卡模式的运行情况以及对原模式的影响. 结果:医院就诊卡的建卡占比从2014 年初的90.1%,到2014 年12 月的44.08%,取得了降低46.02%的成果,新就诊卡模式快速获得了患者以及工作人员的认可.结论:采用银医就诊卡、医保卡,充分利用已有的社会资源,减少了医院支出成本,提升了医疗服务水平和质量,实现了门诊流程简化,建立了一个长期、可持续发展的机制. Objective:Investigating medical card model in order to provide the foundation for optimizing outpatient process. Methods:The key data of the medical card and the bank-medical-card and Medicare card in 2014 was compared of the data last year, analyzed the operation of visit mode under multi-cooperation and what the impact for the old mode. Results:The use ratio of medical card in early 2014 was 90.1% and 44.08% in Jun 2014, decreased by 46.02%. The patient and staff accepted quickly the new medical card mode. Conclusion:Using the bank-medical-card and Medicare card, make full use of existing social resources, and reduce the cost of spending. Improved medical quality and service standard for hospital, realized outpatient service process simplified, established a long-term and sustainable development mechanism.
