摘要
目的探讨如何提高人工膝关节置换术后护理配合水平,保证手术的疗效.方法：选取人工膝关节置换患者20 例24 膝,分别进行周密的术前术后护理、科学的康复训练及出院指导.结果：全部患者无1 例发生并发症,膝关节恢复良好,疗效满意.结论：围术期的精心护理能够减少并发症的发生,是促进术后膝关节康复的重要因素.
Objective:To explore how to improve the level of nursing cooperation after artificial knee replacement, and to ensure the effect of the operation. Methods: 20 patients were treated with 24 knees. Results:all patients were found no complications, 1 cases of knee joint recovery is good, curative effect is satisfactory. Conclusion:nursing care is very important, nursing staff to patients with careful nursing, close observation of the disease changes, can reduce the incidence of complications, is an important factor in promoting the rehabilitation of knee joint.
