摘要
为了研究HMA单轴贯入试验中压头尺寸对试验结果的影响,选取AC-16和SMA-16两种级配的沥青混合料,运用离散单元法建立了这两种级配沥青混合料的马歇尔试件模型,在离散元软件环境下对沥青混合料的单轴贯入试验进行数值模拟,并模拟了沥青混合料的抗剪性能。通过数值计算,得到了在不同压头尺寸和有无侧限情况下沥青混合料单轴贯入破坏强度、试件破坏时的轴向位移(应变)以及破坏时的劲度模量。结果表明:在单轴贯入试验中,压头尺寸和有无侧限对沥青混合料的单轴贯入试验性能有较大影响;压头直径40~50 mm为单轴贯入剪切破坏与单轴压缩破坏的分界点,建议单轴贯入试验的压头最佳尺寸为(30±2)mm,结果与工程实际情况相吻合。
In order to research the effect of dimension of pressure head used in HMA uniaxial penetration test on the test result,2 typical graded asphalt mixtures( AC- 16 and SMA- 16) are chosen to create numerical models of Marshall samples using discrete element method for numerical simulating uniaxial penetration test.The uniaxial penetration test of HMA is conducted in DEM software,and the shear property of HMA is simulated at the same time. Through numerical computation,the effects of pressure head size and the lateral condition on uniaxial penetration failure strengths,axial displacements( or strains) and stiffness moduli of the2 kinds of HMA are obtained. The result shows that( 1) the head size and the lateral condition have great influence on the HMA performance in uniaxial penetration test;( 2) 40- 50 mm is the cut- off point of shear failure and uniaxial compressive failure,The optimum diameter of pressure head is therefore sugguested to be( 30 ± 2) mm,which is in agreement with engineering practice.
