摘要
车轮载荷谱的编制及其分布特征的确定是对车轮进行疲劳评价和可靠性设计的重要依据。文章以CRH380AM试验列车测力轮对为研究对象,对测力轮对进行了静态标定,计算了载荷传递系数;考虑垂向和横向载荷对测力轮对输出的耦合影响,推导出载荷修正公式,并通过在南昌西至宜春东区间进行的线路试验实测数据对其正确性进行了验证。最后对385km/h试验速度级的车轮实测数据进行了处理,编制了车轮载荷谱,并对车轮载荷谱的分布特征进行了分析。
The compiling of wheel load spectrum and determination of the distribution features are important basis to make fatigue evaluation and reliability design of wheels. In this paper,the instrumented wheelset for CRH380 AM test train is used as the research object to make the static calibration of the instrumented wheelset and calculate the load transfer coefficient; In consideration of the coupling effect of the vertical and lateral load on the output of the instrumented wheelset,the load correction formula is derived,and the correctness is verified with the data actually measured in the test on track between West Nanchang and East Yichun. In the end,the wheel data actually measured at the test speed of 385 km /h are processed,the wheel load spectrum is compiled,and the distribution features of the wheel load spectrum are analyzed.
