帕金森病患者血脂水平的变化及其临床相关性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察帕金森病患者血脂水平变化及其临床相关性。方法选取帕金森病患者85例(帕金森病组),另选取健康体检者98例(对照组)。检测2组的血脂水平,并进行比较。结果帕金森病组HDL-C、TC、LDL-C、载脂蛋白B显著低于对照组[(1.35±0.37)mmol/L vs(1.46±0.33)mmol/L,P<0.05;(4.33±0.90)mmol/L vs(4.94±0.98)mmol/L,P<0.01;(2.50±0.80)mmol/L vs(3.08±0.88)mmol/L,P<0.01;(1.54±0.31)μmol/L vs(1.75±0.40)μmol/L,P<0.01]。帕金森病组男性TC、HDL-C明显低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。帕金森病组TG水平与病程呈负相关(r=-0.230,P=0.034),其余各项血脂指标与病程及其严重程度均不相关(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病患者血脂水平低于正常人,以男性帕金森病患者更为明显,低脂血症可能是帕金森病发病的潜在独立危险因素。 Objective To study the relationship between blood lipid level in Parkinson's disease patients and their clinical characteristics.Methods Eighty-five Parkinson's disease patients served as a Parkinson's disease group and 98 persons undergoing physical examination served as a control group.Their blood lipid levels were measured and compared.Results The serum levels of HDL-C,TC,LDL-C and apolipoprotein B were significantly lower in Parkinson's disease group than in control group(1.35±0.37 mmol/L vs 1.46±0.33 mmol/L,P〈0.05;4.33±0.90mmol/L vs 4.94±0.98 mmol/L,P〈0.01;2.50±0.80 mmol/L vs 3.08±0.88 mmol/L,P〈0.01;1.54±0.31μmol/L vs 1.75±0.40μmol/L,P〈0.01).The serum TC and HDL-C levels were significantly lower in male Parkinson's disease patients than in female Parkinson's disease patients(P〈0.05).The serum TC level was negatively related with the course of disease(r=-0.230,P=0.034)while the other blood lipid indexes were not related with the course of disease in Parkinson's disease group(P 〉0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid level is lower in Parkinson's disease patients,especially in male Parkinson's disease patients than in healthy persons.Hypolipidemia may be an independent risk factor for Parkinson's disease.
