摘要
采用气相色谱法对42%己唑·稻瘟灵悬浮剂中的稻瘟灵、己唑醇进行同柱分析和定量。结果表明,稻瘟灵、己唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 2,标准偏差分别为0.21、0.10,变异系数分别为0.59%、1.38%,平均回收率分别为99.51%、99.13%。
A quantitative analysis method was established for determination of hexaconazole ＋ isoprothiolane 42% SC by GC in this paper. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of isoprothiolane and hexaconazole were 0.999 4 and 0.999 2, the standard deviations were 0.21 and 0.10, the relative standard deviations were 0.59% and 1.38%, the average recoveries were 99.51% and 99.13%, respectively.
