摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法分析40%嘧菌·乙嘧酚悬浮剂中有效成分,使用C8反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,外标法定量。乙嘧酚和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为1.000 0和0.999 7,标准偏差分别为0.072和0.060,变异系数分别为0.28%和0.39%,平均回收率分别为99.97%和99.98%。
A method was established for the determination of azoxystrobin ＋ ethirimol 40% SC by HPLC on C8 column, with UV-absorbance detector, using acetonitrile and acetic acid solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of ethirimol and azoxystrobin were 1.000 0 and 0.999 7, the standard deviations were 0.072 and 0.060, the variation coefficients were 0.28% and 0.39%, and the average recoveries were 99.97% and 99.98%, respectively.
